DECORATION METHODS

WHAT IS screenprint?
Screenprint (silk screen printing) is a printing technique where ink is pushed through a mesh screen onto a surface—typically fabric, paper, or plastic—using a stencil to block out areas that shouldn't be printed. It's often used for making t-shirts, posters, signs, and art prints.
DTF? dIRECT TO FILM tRANSFERS
DTF (Direct to Film) Transfers are a modern printing method used to apply vibrant, full-color designs onto garments and other materials. The process involves printing a design onto a special film, then transferring it onto fabric using heat and pressure—without needing embroidery or screen printing.
DTF (Direct to Film) transfers are great alternatives to screen printing for several reasons, especially for small businesses, custom jobs, or multicolor designs.

WHAT IS EMBROIDERY?
embroidery is the process of using a sewing or embroidery machine to create decorative designs on fabric automatically. Instead of stitching by hand, a machine follows a pre-programmed pattern to stitch with speed, precision, and consistency.
Process:
-
CHOOSE YOUR GARMENT: Shirt, jacket, hat, hoodie, uniform, bag
-
Submit or Create a Design: It can be a logo, name, or custom design.
-
Digitizing the Design: This means converting your design into a machine-readable embroidery file (like .DST, .PES, .EXP). Digitizing tells the machine how many stitches, what direction, and what order.
-
Decide where the design will be placed: Left chest, back, sleeve, cap
SUBLIMATION??
Sublimation is a printing method where special inks are heated until they turn into gas and bond directly with the fibers of a material—typically polyester or polymer-coated surfaces. This results in vibrant, permanent, full-color prints that won't peel, crack, or fade.
